Cancellation & No-Refund Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. There are no refunds; credit can be applied to a future class. Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a $25 rebook fee.

No refunds

We do not offer refunds for classes, workshops, events, studio time, or memberships. All sales are final. Please review your schedule and availability before booking.

Studio credit

If you notify us by email at least 24 hours in advance, we may offer studio credit toward a future class or booking (same or similar). Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for credit.

Emergencies

In an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you with credit on a case-by-case basis.
