Do I need experience?

No experience is needed for guided sessions like canvas painting, ceramic painting, or candle making. Our beginner pottery classes assume no prior experience either — many students repeat the Beginner level two or three times before moving up, which is completely normal.

What should I wear?

Closed-toe shoes are required at all times, and we recommend clothes that can get a little messy.

Can kids join?

Yes — guided group activities like ceramic painting are popular for groups, kids, and date nights. Members under 18 must be accompanied by an adult unless enrolled in a class, and anyone signing the studio waiver must be 18 or older, or have parental consent.

What's the difference between a single class and the 6-Week Course?

The 6-Week Course ($394) is a weekly 2.5-hour progression with clay and glazes included, versus a one-time single class. It’s completely normal to repeat the Beginner level before moving up.

What if I miss a class in my 6-week course?

One make-up class is allowed within the same week, at a similar level.

Could my course get cancelled?

A 6-week course may be cancelled if fewer than four students sign up.

Ceramic painting is walk-in anytime during open hours, first-come first-served, or you can reserve a spot in advance.

When will my finished piece be ready?

Wheel-throwing and hand-building pieces take about 5–7 weeks (they’re processed and fired after class). Ceramic painting pieces take about 1–4 weeks.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours carry a $25 rebook fee.

Can I get a refund?

No — all sales are final for classes, workshops, events, studio time, and memberships. If you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, we may offer studio credit toward a future booking instead.

How much does membership cost?

$220 per month plus a $98 one-time initiation fee, with a 3-month minimum commitment.

Dedicated shelf space in a members-only area, access to the studio during all operating hours, use of 23 wheels and 40+ glazes, a member-dedicated wheel and hand-building section, 20% off select classes, and invites to member events like movie nights.

Groups of 6–40, a 3-hour format (2 hours hands-on plus an hour for setup and mingling), a $150 flat facility fee plus per-person activity pricing, at either studio or on-site within 30 miles.

What's the booking process?

Submit a request, we confirm availability, a 50% deposit locks in your date, the balance is due the day before (headcount can flex until then), you arrive 30 minutes early, and then enjoy your event.

Can I use a gift card in the retail shop?
